This allows our clients to get on with their business without having to worry about FX gains or losses. Our experience working for large banks and brokers tells us that many participants are more concerned over their short-term sales targets as opposed to what is in the best interest of the client for the long term. We exist to counteract that.

Being only at the beginning of our story, we are seeking self-starters who are willing to put their everything into building the Jackson Swiss Partners brand. We believe that success is no accident; It requires hard work & perseverance, and most of all, a love of what you are doing. If you are willing to put in the effort, we’ll take care of the rest. You will be starting your career with Jackson Swiss Partners in London for the first 6 months for training purposes, followed by the opportunity of expanding the business in Paris.

As we are expanding in the Italian market we are looking for:

  • Working experience in a Dealer role or a background within the FinTech/FX/Payment industry.

  • Evidence of contribution to business growth and attainment of revenue targets.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Client relationship management skills.

  • Trustworthy and transparent in everything.

  • Positive, ambitious and confident personality.

  • Ability to adopt a proactive attitude when it comes to driving business

  • A results-focused, driven and professional working attitude.

  • A proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with a high level of detail-oriented focus.

  • Possess the ability to make your own standards of excellence and constantly look for ways to improve yourself and your team's performance.

The role:

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term, valuable client relationships.

  • Liaise with company owners and senior executive at large corporate companies.

  • Overall responsibility for company Spot & Forward revenue.

  • Maintaining a focus on goals and results whilst striving to exceed targets.

  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new employees.

  • Contribute and maintain our outstanding company culture, values and ethos.

  • Be in constant communication with the marketing and sales team to help promote our services.

  • Report directly to our CEO
