Working experience in a Dealer role or a background within the FinTech/FX/Payment industry.
Evidence of contribution to business growth and attainment of revenue targets.

Liaise with company owners and senior executive at large corporate companies.
Overall responsibility for company Spot & Forward revenue.
Maintaining a focus on goals and results whilst striving to exceed targets.
Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Contribute and maintain our outstanding company culture, values and ethos.
Be in constant communication with the marketing and sales team to help promote our services.
