We try to avoid the word 'customer' at Jackson Swiss as we see the people, businesses and institutions that we work with as our partners. This means that we work in conjunction with the long-term business goals of our partners as opposed to a seeking a 'quick win'.

To us, partnership also means thinking outside of the box. How else can we help our partners professionally and personally other than our core foreign exchange services? Could we introduce two partners to each other for their mutual benefit for example? In each case, our philosophy is to always consider the bigger picture and ask how else we can help.
